Cell Culture Growth and Maintenance
Partnering with Hybridoma Services on this daily task frees up your team to focus on other research endeavors. Our personnel have over 20 years of experience in cell culture and offer technical expertise, dedicated cell culture facilities, and greater consistency to labs. In addition, we offer several convenient hybridoma maintenance services that can be performed individually or as part of an integrated project, such as thawing, expanding, and freezing a hybridoma cell line received from ATCC.

Hybridoma Production and Screening
We offer full service in-house hybridoma production including mouse immunization, fusion, screening and cloning. Regular communication is provided throughout the project.
ELISA Screening
We provide screening services as a stand alone service or in conjunction with a full project.
Subtractive Immunization
Iowa State Hybridoma Services offers mice subtractive immunization services to help researchers make monoclonal antibodies that recognize rare (poorly immunogenic) epitopes for diagnostic tests, research or other applications.
Other Projects
We welcome special projects and other antibody or tissue culture related requests. Our staff have worked on a variety of custom projects over the last 20 years and are equipped with a wide range of skills and knowledge.
